IM Maturity Assessment

This short self-assessment questionnaire is based on benchmarking profiles of leading corporations and over 25 years of CIMS research into the best practices in Innovation Management (IM). This assessment will provide you with insight into your organization's current proficiency at creating new, differentiated products and services.

Once you have have completed the assessment your results will be graphically presented and heat mapped providing you with a clear picture of your organizational proficiency.

The assessment is broken into two parts, core competencies and management dimensions. Only five responses required for each - the entire assessment should take no more than a 10 minutes to complete. You may respond as related to your function, particular business unit, or for your company as a whole, but only respond from one perspective for the entire assessment.

Completing this assessment provides perspective from your individual responses. Once completed, if you would like to expand the assessment to various members of your organization with aggregated results, more detailed insights and a path for making the appropriate improvements, you can contact CIMS for more information.
