Consortium Programs |
The Innovation Management School provides a unique opportunity for senior and mid-level managers from different companies and industries to enjoy the value of a custom program in a cost-effective consortium approach.
Consortium Programs bring together a compatible group of companies from different industries to meet a common educational need. The IMS staff works with the participating companies to identify program objectives and content, and costs are shared among the companies. Organizations striving to improve coordination within their open or collaborative innovation processes, for example, may join with select partners or customers to develop a customized consortium program that meets their shared needs.
These programs can be effectively utilized by small and medium-sized organizations.
A consortium program combines the features and benefits of customizable and open-enrollment type programs. It provides the added value that comes from a collaborative learning environment.
A key requirement in making consortia programs a success is the willingness and action of the initial company to help identify and pursue 2-4 other companies to participate.
