Certification |
The Innovation Management School recognizes that certain organizations may wish to certify the acumen of the students completing Multi-Course Packages. This is more comprehensive and involves online testing of program participants at several points through-out the development process.

| 4 | Complete online test covering both prework and face-to-face session material. |
Once 90% of program participants successfully passed the exam, the next session is scheduled and prework is assigned. And the pattern continues until the individuals complete the coursework desired by the organization.
Following the completion of the Certificate Program, the IMS will provide an additional tool to further increase program impact and retention. The IMS will create a customized evaluation tool that can be provided to the student’s managers who will use the tool as a mechanism for coaching, assessing and evaluating the programs impact on increasing the participant’s managerial and leadership effectiveness while providing a formal process for further applying the learned material for both increased retention and ability to generalize learned frameworks from one context to another.
This process of Certification increases the price of each program by 10%-20% depending on details.
